The largest wine, champagne and food festival in the Baltic countries, Riga Wine & Champagne, took place this November 2019. The team of Max Cekot Kitchen restaurant was invited to take part in the TOP 101 Wines + Chefs Parade this year and be among the other Latvian famous restaurants.
For the Parade Chef Max Cekot prepared deer meat with various peppers, wild garlic seeds, beetroot, pear and chestnuts. Our sommelier selected 2015 Leo Hillinger St. Laurent (Burgenland, Austria) red wine to compliment the dish.
