If the client is not satisfied with the received order, the client needs to send an email with photos to info@maxcekot.com within 1 hour. Within 24 hours, the restaurant team will review the claim and if we found out that it was our fault, the full amount of the order will be returned to the client’s bank account. The payment are not refundable if the client did not bring the order in 1 hour.
