1.1. Service Provider: SIA "Max Cekot Group," registration number 40203117360, providing services of the Max Cekot Kitchen restaurant (hereinafter referred to as MCK) to the restaurant's clients.
1.2. Client: A person who has made a payment for the service on the Max Cekot Kitchen website in the manner specified in this agreement.
1.3. Service: MCK dinner reservation and payment.
1.4. Service Fee: Specified on the website when making a dinner reservation.
2. General Terms and Conditions of Service Provision
2.1. To become a MCK client, it is necessary to choose the specified service on the website https://maxcekot.com and make the payment for the Service according to the terms of this agreement.
2.2. The Service Provider reserves the right to warn the Client about unforeseen circumstances that may affect the execution of the Service, while also providing suggestions for resolving the situation.
2.3. By becoming an MCK client, you will receive a specific gastronomic experience at the restaurant at an individual table or at the Chef’s Table. At the Chef's Table, you will receive the following services:
2.3.1. During dinner, a 16-course tasting menu will be served.
2.3.2. Drinking water is included in the price of the tasting menu.
2.3.3. Other beverages are not included in the price and must be paid for separately.
2.3.4. You will have the opportunity to interact with the kitchen chefs.
2.3.5. For additional beverages, you will receive a second bill after dinner. The second bill will also include a service charge of 12.5%.
2.4. By becoming an MCK client, you will receive a specific gastronomic experience at the restaurant at an individual table or at the Chef’s Table. At an individual table, you will receive the following services:
2.4.1. During dinner, a 15-course tasting menu will be served.
2.4.2. Drinking water is included in the price of the tasting menu.
2.4.3. Other beverages are not included in the price and must be paid for separately.
2.4.4. You will receive a bill for the tasting menu and drinks after dinner. The bill will include a service charge of 12.5%.
3. Payment Terms
3.1. The price for the Service is specified in euros on the website https://maxcekot.com.
3.2. The Client pays for the service at the Chef's Table 350 EUR (per person), at an individual table 220 EUR (per person). VAT is included in the price.
3.3. Gift cards can also be used as a payment method.
4. Consumer's Right of Withdrawal
4.1. The Client - Consumer has the right to exercise the withdrawal rights stipulated in regulatory acts and withdraw from the Service within 14 days from the full payment or the first payment, but only if the Service has not yet been started, that is, 5 days before dinner.
4.2. A Consumer wishing to exercise the right of withdrawal must send a completed request to the Service Provider in free form within the period specified in section 4.1, stating their decision to withdraw from the Service. Upon receiving the Consumer's notice, the Service Provider will immediately send confirmation of receipt, and in this case, the paid Service fee will be refunded in full.
4.3. The Consumer acknowledges that they waive their withdrawal rights as soon as the actual execution of the Service has begun (section 2.3).
5. Other Terms
5.1. By signing up for the Service and making the payment, the Client confirms that they have read and agree to the Service Provider's Privacy Policy, which is available on the online platform https://maxcekot.com. The Service Provider undertakes to comply with the European Parliament and Council Regulation No. 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, which repeals Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), and the applicable Latvian national regulations in the field of personal data protection.
5.2. The Service Provider reserves the right to amend the terms of this agreement at any time, and such amendments will take effect after being published on the online platform https://maxcekot.com.
5.3. All communication between the Service Provider and the Client will take place in electronic form. All notifications sent by e-mail are considered to be delivered on the respective working day.
5.4. The e-mail address will be used to send notifications/documents related to the Service.
5.5. For any questions regarding this agreement and the provision of the Service, the Client can write at any time using the contact form available on the website https://maxcekot.com.
5.6. All disputes and disagreements arising during the term of this agreement shall be resolved through mutual negotiations. If the disputes cannot be resolved through negotiations, the dispute will be submitted to the courts of the Republic of Latvia.
5.7. By agreeing to the terms of this agreement, the Client confirms that all the terms of this agreement are clearly understood and agrees to comply with them in full. If any term of the Agreement loses its legal effect, it does not affect the validity of the other terms.
